Hardware Evolution 1997-2000: XT and AT Systems XT (Extended Technology) and AT (Advanced Technology) systems were the foundation, featuring Intel 8086 and 80286 processors. Networking Evolution 1997-2000: Novell NetWare Initial networking solutions were based on Novell NetWare, a popular network operating system for file and print services. Software Development Tools 1997-2000: Early Programming Languages Utilized Basic, Fortran, dBase, FoxPro, and Clipper for software development.
